Join us for Holdenby House’s new food and wellness event, Mind, Body & Soul Food.
With a variety of activities, talks and demonstrations, this two day event is focused around food and wellness, helping to promote the importance of being Happy, Active & Healthy.
Enjoy a range of local street food and artisan food stalls, all good for the soul, while you explore the stunning gardens of this beautiful stately home. Fun for all ages, we have empowerment & healing workshops and yoga & mindfulness classes available, plus a range of fun kids’ activities.
Once considered one of Elizabethan England’s greatest royal palaces, today Holdenby House & Gardens is a stunning private home, that will play host to our two day event.
PLEASE NOTE: The house itself will not be open to visitors.
What’s included in my ticket price?
General Admission ticket – Access to the event, market stalls and gardens, free parking, access to talks and demonstrations, plus a falconry display and children’s face painting.
What’s available for an additional fee?
Empowerment & Healing – the chance to take part in some additional activities – simply turn up and pay a small additional fee to participate.
Yoga & Mindfulness Classes – the chance to take part in this additional activity – simply turn up and pay a small additional fee to participate.

Adult ticket (£12) – 16 years old and over
Child ticket (£3.50) – 5-15 years old
Under 5s ticket (Free) – 0-4 years old
Family ticket (£28) – 2 adults and 2 children
Concession ticket (£11) – Students and over 65s – proof of status may be required upon entry
Carer ticket (Free) – Carer card/documentation may be required upon entry
